Castro, 18, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of murder. Davis was suffering from a gunshot when the police officers had arrived at the location on February 18.
Castro, a school friend of Davis, was captured opening the door at the restaurant and firing him when the victim leaves the restaurant.
The arrested man is considered a suspect of the March 6 shooting that happened in Linden leaving 2 persons aged 27 and 34 to be hospitalized. One victim is fighting for his life while the other is in stable condition.
