The actress arrived in Chicago in 2008 and made her stage debut at Remy Bumppo Theatre Company in a play by Charlotte Bronte.
She commuted between Chicago and Wisconsin for several years, rotating between Chicago plays, Milwaukee productions, and seasons with the American Players Theatre.
