Michelle Leslie Harris (born (1971-04-25) 25 April 1971 ) is an American beauty pageant contestant, who was Miss Delaware 1995 and competed in the 75th Anniversary Miss America pageant, which was won by Shawntel Smith of Oklahoma. At the Miss Delaware pageant, Harris held the title of Miss Brandywine, where her vocal rendition of Dolly Parton’s "I Will Always Love You" won the talent competition, leading her to the Miss Delaware crown, and garnering her a Bert Parks Talent Award at the Miss America Pageant.
