Sammy Guevara is an American professional wrestler who is married to Tay Conti a Brazilian professional wrestler.
The couple started dating in January 2022. In June, the couple got engaged in Paris and on August 8, 2022, seven months after they began dating, the couple married at the grand Luxmore Estate in Winter Springs just north of Orlando.
Sammy Guevara is a member of the Jericho Appreciation Society and is signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He is a three-time former AEW TNT Champion, a record.
Guevara debuted in professional wrestling in 2010 after being trained by Booker T and began his career in Booker’s Reality of Wrestling promotion.
Sammy competes in AEW’s Mexico-based partner promotion Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide (AAA), where he is currently reigning as AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions with his real-life wife and fellow AEW wrestler Tay Conti.
Sammy previously held the AAA Cruiserweight Championship during his time with the organisation.
